Anything different about you? I was born a few minutes after midnight, about 2 weeks late.  When I was little, I was smaller than all my peers, and doctors thought I had Turner's Syndrome (A genetic condition where a female only posesess 1 X Chromosome, instead of the normal 2.  Women who have this condition are generally short and girlish in appearance.  Some are able to reproduce, other are not (it depends on whether the lone X chromosome is activate in the reproductive system or not)), but a Karyotype proved that this was false.  For 9 years, I went to a doctor in Boston twice a year to try and figure out why I was short.  I was given 2 growth hormone "Tests", both of which were negative (positive results would have said I have this treatable condition).  When I was 14, my visits stopped, not because they knew what was wrong, but because I was a healthy person, and there was nothing really wrong with me.  It is still a mystery today why I am short.  Today, at 19 years of age, I stand 4 feet, 11 inches.  Hope for me to grow anymore is non existant, since I have grown MAYBE and inch in the past 5 years.
Prior to my High School Graduation, I was a Colorguard in my High School Band (they are the people who twirl flags and such).  I hope to continue this into my college career, if possilbe.
